Novelty Search

A novelty search for an invention is generally conducted to quickly evaluate the possibility of obtaining a patent for the invention. An invention qualifies for a patent only if it satisfies the criteria for novelty, non-obviousness (inventive-step) and specific utility. In order to determine whether the invention satisfies this criteria, we will conduct a quick search and analysis of patent literature basis information provided in the form below.

Deliverable format will be a PDF report. The reports includes following sections: Key aspects of the invention identified, Search strategies used (including databases, keywords and patent classes), listing of relevant references with bibliographic information for each reference.

Turn Around Time (TAT): 21 days from order date.
